Julie Perkins

Julie has a passion for business and wellness and thrives off of providing people with solutions. As a strong supporter of the community she is excited to continue to serve wise county at the well.  Julie is an avid runner and loves spending time being active outdoors.  Julie holds certifications in Group Exercise and nutrition coaching.

Clairece Rosati

Clairece is committed to creating supportive and inspiring Spaces for the community to experience improved health through movement, Nutrition and other wellness practices. She has over a decade of Wellness program development experience & is a Yoga Alliance Certified RYT200 and Certified Lifestyle Coach specializing in Diabetes Prevention and weight Loss.

Emma Caraway

Emma has been  teaching group exercise for 13 years and LOVES teaching energetic, high intensity classes that make you sweat! Her passion for fitness is rooted in the desire to help others feel confident and strong. While she is not teaching she loves to spend her time   outdoors and traveling with her family.

Connie Lamirand 

Connie Encourages strength and balance in all aspects of life, and is a big believer in the power of peace, presence, and purpose. She enjoys watching others discover their mental and physical strength through wellness practices and is eager to meet you at the well. Connie holds certifications in Group exercise and yoga.

Amber Perkins

Amber is a creative, lover of nature and all things beautiful. Finding Wellness solutions for what ails you is her passion and she is here  to connect you with the right services and welcome you to our tribe.

Patricia Thomas

Patricia is always quick with a smile and Ready to tackle any project! we are happy to have her at the well and Body Balance supporting our clients in selecting and settling in to the right services for them.
