Energized Flow
There is so much packed into this little 30 minute energizer… the whole body is strengthened, with a focus on upper body/core strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels & a perfect way to start your day!
Hatha Yoga
Classical yoga asana (postures), breath work, and gentle warming movements to build strength, flexibility and relaxation. Focus on standing poses and basic seated work that is suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic and active style of yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. Vinyasa is cleansing, heat building and suitable for the physically active.
Warm Flow
A challenging and dynamic vinyasa flow class set in a 90-95 degree heated room. This vigorous and energizing practice focuses on building whole body strength, serenity, flexibility, and balance. Enjoy this dynamic mix of sweat and surrender.
Gentle Yoga
Don’t let the title fool you—this class is a workout. Gentle Yoga allows time to hold each pose, breathe and deepen the pose as you’re able, building strength and reducing tension. Instructors are ready to provide modifications so that participants of any age and ability can enjoy Gentle Yoga.
Barre Fusion
A perfect hybrid class - combining ballet-inspired moves with the precision and control required in Pilates, and the restorative benefits of Yoga. Leave feeling longer, stronger and more connected to your body and breath. Suitable for the physically active.
Balance and Strength
A variety of exercises designed to build core and overall strength for improved balance and mobility. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.
Rad Release
Improve your flexibility and release tension. Using Rad Rollers, we will hit all areas of the body for self myofascial release. This is perfect for those tight areas of our bodies that need a little extra help to loosen up. We will also incorporate a variety of restorative yoga postures for the ultimate in relaxation and improved flexibility. Suitable for all, you will love the benefits of this class!
Kick Boxing
This class combines fast-paced cardio with kickboxing techniques.This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, and improve coordination as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Suitable for the physically active.
Boot Camp
In this Class your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that’ll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Leave feeling strong, powerful and accomplished. Suitable for all levels.
